Public Service Broadcasting advise you to pack corduroy

Concept rockers Public Service Broadcasting have an important piece of advice for anyone attending this year’s Standon Calling.

“Make sure you pack your corduroy - what it lacks in waterproof qualities, it makes up for in style and comfort,” say the band, while revealing they’re looking forward to the gig. “If we had to name a favourite county, Hertfordshire would definitely be in the top 5, so we’re very much looking forward to heading on down to the good folks at Standon Calling this sumer.”

PBS’s debut album is out this week so we’re pleased they took time out from their busy promotional schedule to issue some sartorial advice for festival-goers. The album is certainly being well received by the critics. The Guardian gave it four stars and made it their album of the week review. Mojo also gave it four stars while Artrocker went one better proclaiming it their album of the month with a five-star review.
