This year’s theme is ‘Murder on the Standon Express’. Think murder mysteries, whodunits and classic crime on a country manor. They’ll be glamour, games and maybe just a tiny bit of gore. After all there’s been a murder.

Was it Miss Scarlet in the study with a candlestick? Pussy Galore? Bugsy Malone and a bunch of custard-pie slinging thugs? Jack the Ripper? Perhaps the demon barber of Fleet Street? Or maybe the Hounds of the Baskervilles?

Wondering what to wear to the party? Dress to kill in your most glamorous garb. Imagine you’re on the Orient Express or hitting the casinos during 50s Cuba or the Golden Age of Vegas. But don’t limit your imaginations when it comes to your outfits. If you want to wear something a little more unsavoury, feel free. Think iconic criminals and arch villains from across the ages. Serial killers, mass murderers, assassins and hired guns are all welcome. If you’d rather hunt them down and keep the peace we’re recruiting hard-boiled cops, private eyes, super-sleuths and sheriffs.

Naturally, we’re promising a killer line-up, but there’ll be more than just the music to occupy criminal minds. The site should be a real eye-opener, whatever side of the law you’re on. Take a stroll down Baker Street, stop off in Sweeney Todd’s Barber Shop for a close shave or maybe try one of the pies on sale next door. Later on you can experience The Great Brain Robbery or join the outlaws in the Cowshed Club. They’ll be secret hide-outs, games of wink murder on the dancefloor, free hooch in swinging speakeasies and all sorts of other attractions. Just watch your back!
